thinkSchool is for new graduates who are ready to learn fast.
You must have
- A bachelor's degree in engineering (CS or IT), or a six-month full stack development certification from a reputed institute such as CDAC or NIIT.
- Fundamental knowledge of programming, databases, operating systems and data structures.
- Knowledge of flowcharts, pseudocode, basic algorithms and SQL.
- The appetite to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Analytical thinking, with good communication and behavioral skills.
- A final-year or earlier project you can explain.
It helps if you have
- An internship of three to six months.
- Familiarity with source control and code management.
- A professional frontend or backend certification.

thinkSchool is thinkbridge's six-week finishing program for new engineers. It closes the technical, behavioral and cultural gaps between college and professional software work. Candidates who complete it join thinkbridge as permanent employees.
Who can apply to thinkSchool?
Graduates with a bachelor's degree in engineering in computer science or IT, or a six-month full stack development certification from a reputed institute such as CDAC or NIIT. You need fundamentals in programming, databases, operating systems, data structures, algorithms and SQL, and you should be able to explain a project you have built.
Where does thinkSchool take place?
At the thinkbridge office in Pune, India, for six weeks.
How are candidates selected?
Through an online aptitude test, an online technical test and an HR round. During the program, assessments cover HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Firebase, and candidates whose scores fall below the required level leave the program.
What happens after thinkSchool?
After the six weeks and a technical interview, successful candidates receive an offer of 7.5 LPA as an apprentice software engineer.
