thinkbridge MSP Partner Program: Add custom business systems to the services you manage.

Your clients already trust you with their IT. With thinkbridge, you can also give them software built around how they work: ERP and CRM replacements, automations and private AI, built with thinkOne and live in about four months. You keep the relationship, and you don't need to hire engineers.

What clients expect from an MSP has grown.

Clients still need their network, help desk and security managed. More of them now ask who can build and run the software their business depends on.

Where MSP partners start.

Start with your own operations, then take the same kind of system to your clients.

1

Modernize your own operations

Start inside your own business. A thinkOne system for your service desk, billing or reporting improves your margins and shows clients what you can deliver.

2

Launch the new service

Offer custom business systems to your clients. thinkbridge does the engineering, so you add a revenue line without hiring developers.

3

Build a steady pipeline

Every client review turns up work that still runs on spreadsheets and rented software. That becomes a pipeline you can plan around.

What your clients could use it for.

Each of these is a system the client owns once it goes live.

Own software instead of renting SaaS

Clients stop paying every year for software they don't own. thinkbridge builds applications around how they work, so they own the code, set the roadmap and drop the vendor dependency.

Questions from MSPs, answered.

What is the thinkbridge MSP partner program?

A way for managed service providers to offer custom business systems, such as ERP and CRM replacements, automations and private AI, without building an engineering team. thinkbridge builds each system with thinkOne, its method that pairs experts with an agentic engineering and delivery platform, and the MSP keeps the client relationship.

What is the difference between the referral and white-label models?

In the referral model, you introduce the client and thinkbridge scopes, contracts, builds and supports the system while you stay the client's advisor. In the white-label model, you sell under your own brand and handle front-line support, and thinkbridge builds the system and provides engineering support behind you.

Do we need developers on our team?

No. thinkbridge engineers build each system and provide engineering support. Your team looks after the client relationship and, in the white-label model, front-line support.

How do MSP partners earn?

Partners earn a revenue share on the work they bring. The commercial terms for each model are agreed with the partner team before the first deal.

How long does a client build take?

About four months to go live. A working prototype is ready within the first month.

Who owns the software thinkbridge builds?

The client owns the code, the data model and the roadmap. There are no license fees, and nothing reverts to thinkbridge.

How is client data kept secure?

Every thinkOne system is built to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards and runs in the client's own cloud or on its own servers. Private AI tools are built on the client's data inside the client's environment, so the data never leaves it.

There's a new way there™.

Add custom business systems to what you manage. The partner team will show you how they fit alongside your services.
