Software shaped around how your industry runs.

In most companies, the rules the business runs on sit in people's heads, spreadsheets and rented software. thinkOne moves them into one system you own that speaks the language of your business, live in about four months.

Questions about thinkbridge and your industry, answered.

Which industries does thinkbridge work in?

thinkbridge builds systems for labor-intensive and field services, healthcare, franchise and multi-unit businesses, industrial and asset-heavy operators, distribution and trade, professional and financial services, business services and BPO, and education and the public sector. The same method applies to businesses outside these industries.

Does thinkbridge need experience in our industry to build our system?

No. thinkOne starts by observing how the business runs today, so every system is built from the client's own rules and data. Experience in an industry shortens the first weeks, because thinkbridge has already built scheduling, pricing, billing and compliance workflows for many businesses.

Our industry isn't listed. Can thinkbridge still help?

Yes. The industries on this page are the ones thinkbridge works in most often. The method is the same in any business where the rules live in people's heads, spreadsheets or rented software: observe how the work runs, model the right process, then generate, validate and run the system.

Do we have to replace our EHR, POS or field service software?

No. thinkOne can build one layer over the systems a business already runs, such as an EHR, a POS or field service software, so the rules and data sit in one place. Keep the systems that work, and replace the rest later, one at a time.

How does thinkbridge handle regulated data in healthcare and financial services?

Every thinkOne system is built to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards, with encryption, zero-trust access, backups and a full audit trail. It runs in the client's own cloud or on its own servers. Industry rules such as payer requirements or trust accounting are written into the system itself.

How long does a thinkbridge system take to go live?

About four months. A working prototype is ready within the first month, and the remaining weeks are testing on real data, migration and integration. A traditional industry software rollout usually takes 12 to 18 months.

Who owns the system thinkbridge builds?

The client owns the code, the data model and the roadmap. The generated code follows a standard, portable structure rather than a proprietary framework, so the client is not tied to thinkbridge or any other vendor.

How is a thinkbridge system paid for?

thinkbridge is paid from the value the system creates, with payments spread over an agreed term instead of a large upfront build fee. The value is measured against a baseline agreed before the build, such as days in receivables or revenue per technician. At the end of the term the client owns the system outright.

Does it work for businesses with many sites or frequent acquisitions?

Yes. Because the rules live in the system, adding a site, a branch or an acquired company is a matter of configuration rather than new hires and new spreadsheets. Multi-site groups use the same data model across every location, with same-day reporting for each one.
