Requirements
Must have skills
- Bachelor’s / Master degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in HR/Talent Operations within a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, and HR compliance.
- Experience in managing high-volume hiring operations.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the globe.
- Proficiency in HR technology, including ATS, HRMS, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Experience in process automation and HR analytics.
