Requirements

Must have skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in HR/Talent Operations within a BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, and HR compliance.
  • Experience in managing high-volume hiring operations.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the globe.
  • Proficiency in HR technology, including ATS, HRMS, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).  
  • Experience in process automation and HR analytics.

Other details

  • Onsite – Pune, 5 days a week
  • Shift Timings - (3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST)
