What is expected of you?
As part of the job, you will be required to
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- You will be supporting multiple projects with functional expertise providing support through various communication means to the clients based out in USA
- You will handle issues and troubleshoot any technical/functional problems if any arise
- You will be working on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes
- You are expected to code and debug to resolve technical issues
- You will be the sole POC for the clients based in various countries.
