What is expected of you?

As part of the job, you will be required to

  • Lead monthly book closures, finalization of accounts, and audits (statutory and tax).
  • Ability to manage Invoicing process and coordinate with Internal Teams for data and maintain Contract Tracker.
  • Oversee account reconciliation, invoicing, and compliance with statutory requirements (TDS, GST, PF, etc.).
  • Manage a team of 2-4 members while ensuring adherence to IAS and GAAP standards.
  • Utilize ZOHO Accounting software and Advanced Excel for financial operations.

Requirements

Must have technical skills

  • Minimum 8 years of F&A experience, in large sized account reconciliation related roles.
  • Ability to manage Invoicing process and coordinate with Internal Teams for data.
  • Oversee all financial activities, ensuring stability, compliance & strategic planning.
  • Experience in leading monthly book closing, finalisation of accounts, statutory audit and tax audit finalisations.
  • Expert knowledge of Statutory returns i.e. TDS, GST, PF, PT etc.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (IAS) and GAAP Should have experience of leading and managing a team of 2-4 members.

Good to have Skills

  • Proficient in ZOHO Accounting software & Advanced MS Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
